OUR STORY
In 2015, I offered to help my husband's immigration law firm complete a backlog of waivers. I enjoyed working on the cases and realized after completing several that despite the best of intentions, most of the attorneys in the office were too inundated with other casework to devote the necessary time each waiver case truly deserved. Because of my interest in and success with high approvals, I became the go-to staff for all waiver cases. Word started to spread among colleagues and friends in nearby offices and soon other attorneys in the area were also eager for help. I had just finished my master's degree in Developmental Psychology and was preparing for doctoral work. However, the demand for services grew so quickly, that I delayed my schooling and formally organized My 601 Waivers LLC. I'll always be grateful for that decision--I love what I do!
Since then, our demand has steadily increased. We now employ a team of trained paralegals exclusively devoted to document collection and a separate team of professional writers exclusively focused on affidavit preparation. Sole focus on only a few immigration processes has allowed us to develop and master a tried and true method for getting cases approved. We serve clients nationwide and proudly maintain a 99% approval rating.
